Intelligence: Bruno is a remarkable fighter in Stand combat. Having mastered the versatile power of Sticky Fingers, he can easily use his surroundings to his advantage, restraining people, swiftly dodging incoming attacks, and striking from blind spots. His natural disinterest means that survival is not among his priorities, so his actions will easily surprise his opponents.

Bruno is also a perceptive fighter, having been able to quickly deduce King Crimson's weaknesses despite being seriously injured and exploit them. He is capable of analyzing his opponents' fighting styles and perceiving their vulnerabilities.

Sweat Tasting: Bruno is able to tell if someone is lying by tasting their sweat, claiming that a liar has a slightly sweeter taste.

Bucciarati's humanoid Stand is Sticky Fingers; which, in addition to good defense and melee attack, allows him to create zippers on any object and surface, which he can open and close at will.

In contrast to his upright demeanor, Bruno has a violent and ruthless side. At the age of ten, Bruno coldly murdered his father's attackers, and like a gangster, he maintained his penchant for violence. After their first encounter, Bruno brutally beat Giorno and referred to his interrogation as a torture session. In a fight, Bruno will often use lethal force against his enemies, and he will always try to kill those he sees as beyond redemption. Despite this, there are times when he refrains from killing, especially when it's on orders from people in his territory, as demonstrated when he tells Guido Mista not to kill a sculptor suspected of murdering a florist's daughter, but only to break his legs, arguing that they are not heartless killers.

During a fight, Bruno is both brave and cautious. While he is willing to sacrifice himself in order to win, Bruno will regularly attempt tactical retreats and sneak attacks, as seen when he tried to ambush Diavolo.

Bucciarati is consistently portrayed as serious, even as a young child, and generally maintains a serious and unwavering demeanor throughout the story. As a lieutenant and team leader, Bruno is dedicated to leading his team with seriousness and accomplishing their mission. Bruno is constantly seen commanding respect from his less disciplined subordinates, being stern yet fair, as well as fiercely protective of them, which earned him the respect of his team. For the sake of his teammates, Bruno maintains a stern facade of determination, ordering his team to press on despite the recent loss of one of their own, even though he himself was also distraught by the sudden death. Bruno is shown to have a paternal side with Narancia, whom he protected and advised to stay away from the life of a gangster, as well as with Trish, whose anxieties about being the daughter of a mafia boss he tries to comfort as best he can.

Bruno respects and advocates for upholding several values, such as determination, praising Giorno's resolve in his fight and his selflessness, his willingness to sacrifice himself for his beliefs and duties, and family loyalty, being outraged that Diavolo would dare harm his own daughter. Bruno especially despises drug trafficking, which caused his father's death and is harming the population on a large scale, so any mention of it unsettles him. Because of his loyalty to Passione, which is selling drugs on the street, Bruno is conflicted between his code and his duty as a lieutenant. Giorno points out that Bucciarati was at odds with him when he used Sticky Fingers to hide inside the body of a drug-addicted teenager. Because of this, he decided to quietly support Giorno's infiltration of the gang while still working for the organization. Seeing that he was against Narancia joining the gang, telling him to live a normal life, Bruno would not hold the gangster life in high regard.

Bruno Bucciarati, first introduced as a cunning gangster, is quickly revealed to be an upright, but ruthless, person.

During his introductory arc, Bruno Bucciarati acts as a seemingly affable gangster toward Giorno Giovanna, beginning with a conversation about various topics during which Bruno reveals his more violent side. This behavior is later shown to be merely an act he uses with strangers outside of Passione, and he later behaves similarly with two airport security guards.

His most important character traits are his sense of justice and his natural kindness. Bruno is dedicated to taking the most honorable course of action, even if it puts his life at risk. For example, at the age of seven, Bruno chose to stay with his father when his parents divorced, as he felt he should support whichever parent was truly suffering from the separation. Furthermore, Bruno openly rebelled against Diavolo when the chief clearly intended to kill his daughter, Trish Una, ultimately harming himself in the process. Bucciarati is loyal to the civilians in his territory, considerate of them by accepting their requests for help, and is generally pleasant to everyone he meets. He helped a fifteen-year-old Narancia by providing him with food and medical treatment for an injury to his left eye, paying all the expenses out of his own pocket without asking for anything in return. He also paid Mista's bail to get him out of jail because he believed in his innocence.

Appearance
Bucciarati appears to be a man of average height with a slender build. His dark hair reaches his chin, with bangs covering his forehead. He wears some kind of hair accessory on each side of his head, with a braid close to his head between them.

His outfit consists of an all-white cape covered in small black symbols resembling inverted drops, with the chest area open similar to Giorno's and zippers on the shoulders, possibly alluding to his Stand, Sticky Fingers.

Bruno Bucciarati (ブローノ・ブチャラティ, Burōno Bucharati?) is a deuteragonist and main character in Vento Aureo.

Bucciarati is a capo associated with the powerful Neapolitan gang, Passione, and leads his own subordinate gang. Despite being sent to track down whoever attacked Luca del Ojo Tearful (Luca of the Watery Eye) and thus debuting as an adversary of Giorno Giovanna, he is the first to provide significant support to the protagonist in his rise through the ranks of Passione. He is also a Stand user who wields Sticky Fingers in battle.
