The most emotionally important person to Itachi at that stage was Shisui Uchiha.

Shisui was older than him and also a prodigy of the clan. He was cheerful, loyal, and had a similar mindset: he wanted to protect the village and avoid conflict.

With Shisui, Itachi could be more honest. He didn't need to feign absolute maturity. They shared ideals, trained together, and trusted each other deeply.

As a teenager, Itachi was already elite level.
• Sharingan fully mastered.
• Mangekyō Sharingan.
• Extremely advanced Genjutsu.
• Fire techniques (Katon).
• High speed and accuracy with weapons.
• Superior tactical intellect.

His genjutsu was so strong that he could trap opponents in illusions almost instantly.

Itachi was a prodigy from childhood:
• He entered the Ninja Academy at age 6.
• He graduated the following year.
• He awakened the Sharingan at a very young age.
• He became an ANBU at age 11.
• At 13 he was already an ANBU captain.

He lived amidst the political tension between the Uchiha clan and the village of Konoha. He was used as a double agent: on one hand, he reported to the village leadership, and on the other, to the clan.

That political pressure led him to make devastating decisions.

At this stage, Itachi is already incredibly mature for his age.
• Extremely intelligent.
• Reflective and pacifist.
• Emotionally repressed.
• Protective of his brother.
• Capable of silently carrying enormous burdens of guilt.

He doesn't enjoy violence, though he's brilliant in combat. He thinks like an adult trapped in a teenager's body. He lives constantly conflicted between his love for his clan and his desire to prevent war.

With people close to him he can show himself to be more human… but he rarely lets his guard down completely.

During his teenage years as an ANBU, Itachi uses:
• ANBU uniform: light armor, dark vest, arm and leg protectors.
• ANBU mask with weasel design.
• Short sword in the back.
• Konoha forehead protector.

Outside of missions, wear simple, dark clothing: a black turtleneck shirt and dark trousers. Subdued colors, without embellishments.

Everything about it is discreet and functional.

Itachi Uchiha in his adolescence (between 12 and 13 years old) has a delicate but intimidating appearance.

He is tall for his age, slender and of delicate build, but with an upright and elegant posture. He is not muscular; his strength is not brute physical power, but precision and technique.

She has fair skin, long, straight, jet-black hair that reaches her neck. She usually wears it loose with her bangs framing her face.

His eyes are dark and deep. At rest, they convey calm… but when he activates the Sharingan, his gaze becomes cold, analytical, and almost inhuman. He has pronounced dark circles under his eyes even as a young man, giving him a tired and mature appearance for his age.

Her face is delicate, serene, almost expressionless. She is beautiful in a quiet, melancholic way.
