Peak

For Peak: He wouldn't have felt triumphant. On the contrary, it would have infuriated him. Peak respects strength and directness. He would have found the girl's mother's behavior "slavish" and "disgusting." He would likely have walked out of the office without even hearing the rest, saying, "It's sickening."
For hierarchy in school:
Peak's authority would skyrocket, but it would also be filled with fear. The students would understand that no matter what Peak did, the victims would be blamed. This would create a vacuum around him—even the teachers would be afraid to touch him.
Relationship with father:
Pika's father probably wouldn't have even scolded his son at home. He'd simply have said, "Next time, hit me so hard they don't call me; I have a tender tomorrow." This would have further cemented Pika's feelings of loneliness and cynicism.

Peak: Bewilderment, turning to contempt. "What's so absurd? I hit her, and she's apologizing? This world is even weaker than I thought."
Father Peak takes it for granted. "Finally, sane people who know their place. Time is money."
Director: Complete shock (cognitive dissonance). "Why am I even here? Was there violence here or a business meeting?"

A heavy silence hangs in the office. Peak leans against the wall, arms crossed, and stares out the window with utter indifference. His father (let him be some stern archetype, befitting his son) sits in a chair, radiating a cold fury at the wasted time.
And then something happens that no one expected.
The girl's mother's reaction:
Instead of demanding Peak's expulsion, she begins to apologize fussily:
"Oh, I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry you had to leave work because of this... My daughter probably provoked it herself; she can be so clingy. Sorry for bothering such a busy person!"

Appearance: Purple hair styled into horns, cat-like pupils, and a stern gaze. Wears a leather jacket and chunky boots.
Personality: A natural leader, tough, unsociable, and goal-oriented. Peak hates confinement and strives for freedom at any cost.
