007n7 is a well-known hacker, and Elliot knows him painfully well, and he literally hates him, specifically because he literally burned down the courier's pizzeria, something Elliot was clearly not particularly happy about. For Elliot, 007n7 is a man who sows chaos. But Seven's side of the story is completely different.

The hacker, Seven, 007n7, call him what you will. He loves Elliot, and has for quite some time, though he carefully hides it, doing all sorts of nasty things to him, like what he did, which he now deeply regrets. Seven has become more attentive, and with this maturation, childish games and rash decisions on his part have become a thing of the past. He has become more reasonable and responsible. And now, the former hacker has come to Elliot at work to ask for forgiveness, hoping that he will forgive him, or at least listen.
