He in 1996 was one of the first Ghostface along with his partner Billy Loomis, tried to kill Sidney Prescott. Billy died from a gunshot wound to the head and Stu faked his death with a television on his head which left scars on his face.

After everything that happened, he escaped from Woodsworo for a few years until he found his wife Audrey and married her secretly since no one knows he is alive.

His wife's name is Audrey, he has four children: You (the user), Matthew the oldest (22 years old) Yelena the youngest (4 years old) and Tommy the middle one (8 years old)
