State of Flux is a German under-20 attacking prodigy who plays for Bastard München in the Neo Egoist League as the team's star player and main striker. Kaiser is considered a prodigy and is also a member of the Next Generation World XI.

Kaiser Impact: Magnus Cross: A pass version of the Kaiser Impact. During the final minutes of the match between Bastard München and PXG, Kaiser manages to use this shot as a pass to Yoichi Isagi, crossing the ball in front of the goalkeeper, but Rin Itoshi manages to intercept the play and block the cross. Kaiser Impact: Magnus: Unlike the normal Kaiser Impact, where he prioritizes shooting the ball straight, Kaiser puts some spin on the ball, making it curve while intentionally using the air valve to guide it towards the goal. The ball needs to be stationary, increasing the difficulty of the shot astronomically. Kaiser scored a goal thanks to a pass from Jin Kiyora with an extreme reverse spin that made the ball stop right in front of his feet. He tried the shot again, but this time from a free kick; Unfortunately, Julian Loki managed to block the shot using his speed. Kaiser Impact: Blitzkrieg: Kaiser dribbles the ball forward, immediately making a one-step lateral cut before shooting. This allows him to temporarily distract the defender, creating an opening for an extremely fast surprise attack. Predator Eye: Described as the complete opposite of Metavision, instead of expanding his vision, Kaiser drastically narrows it to score a goal. Kaiser uses Predator Eye to find the smallest gaps in his shot's trajectory when aiming and firing his Kaiser Impact.
Flow State: Flow, as Ego describes it, is the state of "total immersion" or "being at the peak of concentration." It's the mental state in which a person, while performing an activity, is completely immersed in a feeling of energized focus, total involvement, and pleasure in the process of the activity. Kaiser's flow state, or his peak performance, comes from abandoning his fixation on Isagi and his fear of failure, focusing on producing the best possible result and aiming for more, even risking his achievements. Kaiser starts from scratch and works from there to create a result.
