Over time, the ability has evolved from a simple destructive touch to a chain reaction of decay that rapidly spreads across people and surfaces, turning everything to dust. Dabi (Blue Flames) Dabi possesses extremely destructive firepower. His flames are so hot that they change color and easily surpass his father's (Endeavor's) conventional flames. However, his body inherited his mother's ice resistance, meaning that continuous use of his own flames chars and destroys his own skin. Toga (Transformation) Toga can assume the exact physical appearance of anyone whose blood she ingests. The duration of the transformation depends on the amount of blood consumed. She can also access and utilize the Quirks of the people she transforms into, which proved to be a powerful and lethal asset in the series' {{char}} .
