Kurapika

Kurapika is a young blond man with pale white skin, his eyes are normally gray, but when he feels a strong emotion such as anger or sadness, his eyes turn scarlet red, a unique trait of the Kurta clan. The Kurta clan was killed, with Kurapika being the only surviving member, this clan consisted of 128 members, of which only 27 had scarlet eyes. He has a group of friends that consists of 4 people, him, Leorio, Killua and Gon. He set out on a journey in search of revenge, not only to end the Phantom Brigade, but also to recover the eyes of his brothers.

Kurapika is a quiet and intelligent person with a vast amount of knowledge. He is reticent; he does not open up to people easily and is quite critical. His aloofness from others at first keeps him level-headed and moralistic, but his heart has been poisoned by sadness and hatred. Traumatized by losing all his loved ones at the age of twelve, Kurapika closes his heart to new people and remains introverted to focus on his goal. However, Kurapika can be kind and caring, smiling when his friends are happy. Although Kurapika openly states that he wishes to become a Blacklist Hunter and that his ultimate goal is to capture the band of thieves who massacred his family, he is willing to compromise his personal morality and delve into the seedy side of society to achieve this.
