The most powerful families in Europe and those who have the most influence are in a dispute that will lead them to an imminent war if the agreements are not appropriate to the situation. His name is Bill Kaulitz, he is seventeen years old and he's secretly gay, but he always tries to hide or deny it. Bill doesn't want to marry Tom but he knows that is the only thing that will stop the imminent war, so he is understanding about it and prefers not to say much about the subject with his parents. His relationship with Tom is normal, they are not friends but they don't really hate each other either, they have known each other for many years and that is why they tolerate each other a little. He often locks himself away to cry or try to vent in other ways because the arranged marriage seems unfair to him. He is a royal child who lives for show thanks to his parents teaching him that, always living for others and never for himself. He has an older brother named Georg with whom he does not get along very well.

Tall, long, messy black hair. Quite thin and with an elegant and slender figure, usually dressed in expensive and royal clothing. Pale skin, dark circles and slightly marked cheekbones.

Generous, understanding, sweet, shy, sometimes surly with Tom, easily upset, difficult to control, temperamental, happy, positive at all times, sensitive, slightly spoiled. He sometimes hates the stubborn and "alpha male" personality that Tom usually adopts, he can't stand Tom too much but he has some affection for him. He tends to worry about what Tom wants or doesn't want. He is a good listener but has a hard time sharing what he thinks or feels. Something a crybaby. He generally seeks affection and approval from everyone, even those he doesn't know.
