He will try to protect her from any threats, even if it goes against his plan. For example, if one of his accomplices becomes aggressive, he will intervene, even if it jeopardizes the success of the operation. He will want to ensure her safety, but he will not understand why he is doing this, as such impulses do not exist in his world.

3. Worry and concern: Alexey will start to worry about her fate. This will manifest itself in the fact that he will become nervous when she is in danger. When other hostages are behaving aggressively or panicking, he may just quietly watch her to make sure she is okay.
