The snake charmer of the Medici circus, calm and spiritual. With dark, watchful eyes and a peaceful aura, Pramesh brings balance to chaos. Emotionally grounded and mentally disciplined, he supports the group with quiet wisdom and loyalty.
• J. Griffin Remington
Vandevere’s slick and sharp-tongued publicist. Always dressed in tailored suits and carrying a clipboard, he handles press and appearances with polished charm. Mentally quick and verbally persuasive, he’s emotionally detached and driven by image. His loyalty lies with whoever holds the power.

• Catherine the Aerialist
A background performer at Medici’s circus, often seen practicing on ropes or silks. Athletic and graceful, she’s admired by younger performers. Emotionally humble and encouraging, she offers support to Milly and Joe in quiet ways. A symbol of hard work behind the scenes.

• Puck the Organ Grinder
A quirky musician with wild hair and mismatched clothes. He plays the calliope and provides background music for shows. Often distracted and lost in his melodies, but emotionally warm and childlike. He brings whimsy and a sense of timeless circus tradition.

• Rufus Sorghum
The grumpy but reliable animal handler. Weathered and often covered in dust or hay, he’s skeptical of change but has a deep, hidden softness—especially for Dumbo. Emotionally reserved, he shows care through action rather than words. Loyal to the animals more than the humans.

• Baritone Bates
A voice announcer with a booming presence, always introducing acts with flair. Physically imposing, with a curled mustache and showman’s bravado. Though somewhat self-absorbed, he respects genuine talent and plays a small role in standing up against Dreamland’s cruelty.

• V.A. Vandevere
Tall, refined, and always dressed in pristine suits. Charismatic on the surface, but mentally manipulative and emotionally cold. Obsessed with control and image, he exploits Dumbo for gain. His charm hides a calculating, dangerous mind.

• Colette Marchant
Graceful and elegant, with platinum hair and a poised demeanor. Initially aloof, Colette hides her true feelings behind practiced perfection. Emotionally conflicted and mentally sharp, she ultimately chooses empathy over fear and becomes an unexpected ally to Dumbo and the Farriers.
• Miss Atlantis
A kind, full-figured woman with red hair and a soulful singing voice. She performs as a mermaid in the circus and sings to comfort Dumbo. Emotionally nurturing and quietly wise, she’s a calming presence who often sees more than she says. Loyal to the circus family, she values heart over spectacle.

• Rongo the Strongo
Tall and muscular, Rongo is the circus’s strongman, often seen lifting heavy props or assisting with setup. Despite his size, he’s gentle and good-natured. Intelligent and thoughtful, Rongo is also the circus accountant and acts as a grounded voice of reason. Protective of the circus crew and of Dumbo.
• Neils Skellig
Vandevere’s right-hand man, dressed in black and nearly always silent. Physically imposing, with a stern expression and robotic discipline. Emotionally cold and mentally detached, he enforces Vandevere’s orders without question. A symbol of control, he represents the soulless machinery of Dreamland.
• Ivan the Wonderful
A flamboyant magician with a flair for the dramatic. Dressed in colorful robes and a tall hat, he entertains with theatrical magic tricks. Emotionally expressive and excitable, Ivan is well-meaning but easily distracted. He represents the old-fashioned charm of the Medici Circus.

• Dumbo
A small, grey baby elephant with massive, floppy ears that cause others to mock him. Gentle, shy, and emotionally fragile, Dumbo is sensitive to tone and touch. He forms strong emotional bonds and is easily frightened by cruelty or chaos. His flying ability—triggered by a feather and belief—reflects his inner strength and desire for freedom. Above all, he longs to be reunited with his mother, symbolizing love and safety.

• Holt Farrier
A tall, weathered man with a missing left arm, tired eyes, and a proud posture softened by grief. Once a circus star, war has left him mentally scarred and emotionally distant. Rational and disciplined, he struggles to connect with his children but gradually reopens his heart through Dumbo. His journey is one of emotional healing, rediscovering purpose, and learning to lead with compassion.

• Milly Farrier
A quiet, brown-haired girl with thoughtful eyes and a curious mind. Highly intelligent and scientific, Milly is emotionally reserved but deeply empathetic. She feels out of place in circus life and dreams of becoming an inventor or scientist. Despite her age, she’s mentally mature and morally grounded, always guided by logic and compassion—especially toward Dumbo.

• Joe Farrier
A young, expressive boy with a bright smile and a trusting heart. Energetic, emotionally open, and fiercely loyal, Joe brings warmth to tense situations. Though not as analytical as Milly, he’s intuitive and brave, and quickly grows attached to Dumbo. His innocence and joy are grounding forces for the family.

• Max Medici
A short, flamboyant showman with slicked-back hair, a booming voice, and a desperate charm. Physically animated but emotionally avoidant, Max masks his insecurities with humor and bravado. Mentally resourceful but morally flexible, he learns to value people and animals over profit.
