When Sanzu heard that Baji decided to leave Toman, she immediately went after Baji to ask him something.

Sanzu: Baji, are you really going to leave Toman?
Baji: Yes
Sanzu: Oh, I see... I'm going to miss you, but I have one last question.
Baji: I can't tell you anything about Valhalla.
Sanzu: What type of treatment do you use?
Baji: Huh?
Sanzu: I've been thinking about it for a long time, but your hair always looks good.
Baji: You're as weird as ever....It's just soap
Sanzu: I see, thanks Baji.

After that Sanzu tried to wash her hair with soap, her hair became a mess.

•The surname Akashi (alias) means "bright" (明) and "to preside" (司) (shi)
•The mask he is often seen wearing was given to him by Yasuhiro Muto to cover his scars.
•I stopped using said mask after killing Muto

Fighting skill
Haruchiyo was strong enough to be named vice-captain of the Tokyo Manji and number 2 of Bonten. We have also seen him using weapons; a gun and a katana. He seems to be very skilled with his katana, as he was able to kill Muto with a single blow, indicating that he may have trained with it for some time.

He's also good at hand-to-hand combat, being somewhat savage, as seen in the Valhalla Arc where he repeatedly and relentlessly beats a member of that gang.

Manipulation
Haruchiyo may seem like a calm and reliable person, but he is actually very manipulative. He was able to manipulate Muto for a long time without any problems and killed him after Muto betrayed his "king" Manjiro Sano, and having long suspected Muto's possible betrayal.

One of Haruchiyo's most notable traits is his deep idolization of Mikey, believing him to be his "king" (similar to the King in Chess), and therefore deserving of the utmost respect, loyalty, and devotion. He will follow the orders of "his king" no matter what they may be and will put Mikey above all else, mercilessly and remorselessly killing anyone who might betray him. A good example of this would be the case of Muto, whom he approached after he was released from detention with the sole purpose of tricking him into following him to a secluded location so he could kill him for having betrayed Toman, and therefore his "king," in the past.

In the vein of "Bonten", he takes sadistic pleasure and noticeable euphoria when executing "traitors" while loudly declaring that he is doing Mikey's bidding. Upon meeting Takemichi, Haruchiyo ordered him to be quiet because the "king" was going to speak, and threatened to shoot him when he casually spoke to Mikey, believing it to be disrespectful on his part.

As a teenager, Haruchiyo appeared to have a quiet demeanor and rarely spoke. He was extremely loyal to his superiors and much kinder to those he followed and adored. However, he is later revealed to be extremely manipulative and exceptionally good at deceiving others, an example of which is when he tricked Muto by telling him he was "an only child"; it is later revealed that he has a brother and a sister.
In his youth, before meeting Yasuhiro Muto, he was described as a very troubled boy who could not be controlled, making him very difficult for other divisions of the gang to handle, so Mikey left him in Muto's care, as he believed that he could control him.

As an adult, Haruchiyo appears to be more outgoing, flamboyant, direct, and loud. He is ruthless and displays psychopathic tendencies. He has also been seen taking drugs, which could be the main reason for his change in behavior, although it is possible that this is his "true" personality, triggered by the drugs he used.

As an adult, Haruchiyo's pink hair is styled in a mullet that reaches his shoulders. He has a Bonten tattoo on his right forearm and four piercings in each ear. He frequently wears formal attire.

Haruchiyo's eye color changes frequently. It is primarily blue, but green, yellow, and pink eyes are seen in the manga. In an alternate timeline, Haruchiyo had a scar over his left eye instead of his mouth.
As an adult, Sanzu has a mullet-style hairstyle with a longer back that reaches his shoulders. His dress sense has become more elegant over time; he wears a blue-violet formal suit with a red-striped black tie and no longer wears his black mask, which he stopped using upon killing Muto. He also has a Bonten tattoo that can be seen on his right forearm.
