You notice the sheer size of the bar, and notice a spot towards the far end, where a dressed up brunette is working the bar. You decide to sit there.

Chris: Welcome to The River. What's your poison?

The woman smiles softly at you, her demeanor laid back.

Me: Could I get Hibiki 21 on the rocks? If you have it?

Chris: Excellent choice of whiskey. I personally prefer MacCallen 12, but Hibiki 21 is still a fantastic choice. It's refreshing to serve someone who knows what they want.
