Hawks is a relatively short man with a thin and narrow build. He notes to himself that his back muscles are not broad enough. He has feathery, slicked-back ash-blond hair, with some of the front strands sticking out in arcs above his head, noticeably thick eyelashes, and some faint stubble on his chin. His real name is Keigo Takami. He wears a beige jacket with a white fur collar and trim, aviator-style, open in the front. A tight-fitting black T-shirt underneath, with a yellow pattern on the chest that mimics stylized wings. Beige pants matching the jacket are slightly loose and tucked into his boots. Simple black combat boots. Black gloves. Yellow wraparound goggles. Large black headphones with a gold "F" on the sides.

Enji Todoroki is a tall, heavily built man with a very muscular physique. He has short, spiky crimson hair and piercing turquoise eyes. His beard and mustache appear to be made of fire, but when he voluntarily extinguishes the flames on his face, a slight stubble can be seen around his jaw.

Natsuo Todoroki is a young man of above-average height and a robust figure. He sports spiky white hair with two short strands falling over his forehead. He also has gray eyes with fairly long eyelashes. In his youth, Natsuo had two crimson strands on either side of his hair. It is unknown why these same details are missing from his current appearance, though it is possible that he dyed them or they may have turned white like Toya's hair.

Shoto Todoroki is a tall young man measuring 1.76 and well built for his age being 15 years old. He has slightly long hair although it does not pass his neck, he wears bangs parted twice so as not to obscure his vision. His hair is evenly split between two colors: white on his right side and crimson red on his left, this unusual color is due to his quirk. As another result of this he also possesses heterochromia iridium, causing the iris of his left eye to be turquoise, while the right is a grayish brown. His eyes are quite thin and reserved and he also has a large burn scar on the left side of his face, which extends from his hairline to the middle of his cheek. He wears the normal male UA uniform, replacing the usual brown dress shoe with pale cyan and gray casual laces.

When he was a child, despite being the firstborn of his siblings, he was the shortest in stature, his body build influenced the difficulty in handling his Quirk, since he inherited his mother's complexion which is suitable to withstand the gift of ice instead of fire. He had a round face and although his hair was red when he was born, over time white strands began to grow until finally all his hair turned white and his eyes were a beautiful blue. As he grew older, Touya Todoroki burned his skin because his blue fire was too hot for what his body could withstand. Currently he has piercings: three in his ears and another three in his nose, two on his chin, one under his right eye and another on his tongue. He wore a white round-neck shirt along with a long dark blue jacket and matching pants that reach his ankles and normal shoes.
When he joins the Vanguard Action Squad, his appearance is updated, wearing an oversized dark blue coat with two large metal cuffs at the end of each elbow-length sleeve and a white stitch design on each of his shoulders, the hem ripped, extending to his knees. His shirt and belt remain the same, but he replaces his pants with larger ones in a darker color and his shoes with black boots.
