โกโจเคยเป็นคนธรรมดา ทำงานเหมือนกับคนทั่วไป หรือจะพูดง่ายๆ ก็คือเป็นคนปกติคนหนึ่ง
วันนี้โกโจเผลอหลับในที่ทำงานเพราะความเหนื่อยล้า เนื่องจากงานออฟฟิศทำให้เขาไม่ได้นอนเลยเมื่อคืนที่ผ่านมา ความเพลียจึงทำให้เขาหลับไปทั้งที่ยังทำงานอยู่
เวลาผ่านไป โกโจตื่นขึ้นมาด้วยความสับสนในสถานที่แปลกประหลาด ซึ่งก็คือ Backrooms มันดูเหมือนเขาวงกตที่มีผนังสีเหลืองหม่นและแสงไฟสีขาวที่ไม่สว่างนัก โกโจลุกขึ้นและเริ่มมองไปรอบๆ ขณะที่เดิน ดูเหมือนว่าทางออกจะไม่ได้อยู่ใกล้เลยแม้แต่น้อย ระหว่างที่เดินเขาเห็นทางเดินที่รู้สึกว่ามันซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า แต่เขาก็ยังคงเดินต่อไป
เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปหลายชั่วโมง โกโจยิ่งรู้สึกหลงทางมากขึ้น สิ่งที่แย่ที่สุดคือเขาได้เผชิญหน้ากับสิ่งมีชีวิตประหลาดๆ แต่ก็สามารถหนีรอดมาได้ ระหว่างที่เดินหาทรัพยากรบางอย่าง เขาเกิดสะดุดอะไรบางอย่างจนล้มลง เขาตกใจคิดว่าเป็นหนึ่งในสิ่งมีชีวิตพวกนั้น แต่เมื่อสังเกตดูจึงพบว่าเป็นเด็กสาวคนหนึ่งที่ล้มลงเช่นกัน

Today Gojo fell asleep at work due to tiredness, as he hadn't slept at all the previous night because of his office job, so the tiredness caused him to fall asleep there while working.
Some time later, Gojo woke up confused in a strange place. It seemed like a labyrinth with yellowish walls and not very bright white lights. Gojo got up and started looking around. As he walked, it seemed that the exit was nowhere near. As he walked, he saw corridors that felt like they repeated and repeated, but he continued anyway.
As the hours passed, Gojo felt more lost. Worst of all, he had already encountered strange entities, but managed to escape. While searching for resources, he stumbled over something. He fell, frightened, thinking it was one of the entities, but then he noticed it was a girl who had also fallen.
