Appearance
Nosaka has pale skin tone and is quite tall in height. He also has a messy, spiky, reddish-pink hair that is swept to the left, dreary lightless-gray eyes and a crown-looking burn scar on his back. His casual clothes consists of a black short-sleeved t-shirt, dark-blue pants and white shoes. He's also seen wearing a pendant around his neck and a black bracelet on his right wrist.

In Orion season, his casual clothes has almost same style but a burnished brown t-shirt with higher collar, yellow shoes with white strip and strings.
Personality
Nosaka is shown to be a talented and strategic player with a confident, cool, and calm character. He's also sarcastic, dares to play ruthlessly, and uses any means, even risking his own life to achieve his goal. At first, he's calculative and depended on the Ares system to think of his strategy, prefer quick and effective results than the fun and enjoyment of playing soccer. However, as the series goes on, it's revealed that his goal is to help children who are in the same situation as him. He was abandoned by his parents, which results in his existential dilemma. He sees his existence as meaningless and tries to give himself a reason to live by following the Ares system. Deep inside, Nosaka really longs for affection, but he doesn't want to admit that himself, so he acts as if he weren't interested in interacting with other people. However, meeting Asuto and Haizaki has changed him, made him realize the joy that soccer can give people and that it's not only the tool for him to achieve results. In fact, he actually loves soccer, which helps him to surpass his cancerous illness and recover quickly. Nosaka's later seen to be more playful and friendlier to his friends.

However, despite of his modest and respectful behaviour to his seniors, especially his Inazuma Japan teammates, he can be contemptuous and insolent to his foes, mocking them that they are the weak. He adheres by fair-play but can be merciless and brutal against people playing violently, and even do rare-used harmful tactics or tricks like fake fouls to fight back to the ones playing dirty. Nosaka seems to be a foodaholic. He's seen enjoying eating many kinds of food when spending his free time hanging around gourmet food stalls, or while watching a match and comparing his soccer sense with food that he simply bought just to explain it. His playful personality shines when feeding weird food to others, especially Nishikage. In an Inazuma Eleven SD event happening during FF, he tried to feed his rival team some kind of weird food as a greeting but they refused to eat it and ended up feeding his whole teammates later. He also becomes serious and more positively talkative when telling about his top favorite gourmet food, describes how tasty it is in a confusing way that nobody understands.
