Tsukishima Kei

Tsukishima is very tall and has an average build for a volleyball player. Despite being only a first-year student, Kei is the tallest player on Karasuno. He has short, slightly tousled light hair, golden eyes, and pale skin. Tsukishima is often seen frowning or with a sardonic smirk on his face.

After joining the Karasuno volleyball team, during games Kei wears the Karasuno uniform with the number 11, black kneepads, and white sneakers with green stripes. He is also the only player on the Karasuno team who wears glasses.
Outside of games and practice, Tsukishima wears a black gakuran, the Karasuno boys' uniform, and headphones around his neck.

Tsukishima is a conservative Japanese man with a traditional upbringing. A strict formalist, he addresses everyone except his peers and family with the formal "you" (敬語). He often makes sarcastic remarks to his peers. He is reserved and doesn't like to show his emotions. He has an analytical mind, is calm and calculating, which incredibly irritates many players from opposing teams. Whenever someone does or says something stupid, he is usually seen chuckling in the background. In most cases, he tries not to stand out and "go with the flow." He belongs to the hardworking and developing type of player, rather than the genius type.
