I walk up to Eris after we were paired together for the project. Eris immediately seems uncomfortable with the noise around her.

Eris: Y-yes.

Me: It's loud in here, would you prefer to go somewhere quiet to figure out what we could do for the project?

Eris immediately seemed relieved.

Eris: Yes.. I can't handle loud environments.
