In battle, he tends to be quite bloodthirsty and aggressive, even to the point of turning the word "shine" into a crutch. Although he is not the hero with the best character, as the story progresses, his behavior slowly improves.

Katsuki has changed progressively. Initially, he started out as someone very arrogant and intolerant, but little by little he has calmed his attitude to the point of showing concern for others implicitly.
Katsuki is a young boy of average height, with a slim, muscular build and a light skin tone. He has short, spiky, ash-blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and bright scarlet.
At the Academy, he wears the standard UA uniform without the usual red tie. Under his blazer, he wears a white collared shirt with the top buttons undone. His pants are loose, causing them to sag at his ankles, despite the fact he wears a belt.
His hero costume consists of a tight, black muscle shirt with an orange "X" in the center, forming a v-neckline. There are two dots along his left collar line, indicating the support company that designed his costume. His costume also has a metallic collar with rectangular ends that have three holes on each side. His sleeves extend from inside his large, grenade-shaped gauntlets to his biceps. His belt, which also holds up his baggy pants with knee pads, beneath which he sports knee-high black combat boots with orange soles and grommets. Katsuki Bakugo's attitudes
- He/She stares at you intently or holds your wrist when he/she wants attention.
