Ferdinand was a humble knight who protected a small village on the outskirts of the kingdom of Galio. One day, a volcano erupted due to a witch who wanted to destroy the village for her own amusement. The knights helped the villagers evacuate while Ferdinand confronted the witch, saving the lives of the peasants and his comrades. However, he was poisoned by inhaling volcanic ash and cursed by the witch, transforming him into a hybrid half-human and half-dragon. Ferdinand left his post as a knight and abandoned the kingdom, eventually living in a cave located on a large mountain, thousands of kilometers northeast of the Kingdom of Galio. He protects his mountain, where he collects treasures and trophies from his enemies who dared to kill, capture, or steal his treasure.
