There are five villains with superpowers currently known to be part of the Evil League:

There exists a massive criminal organization in this world with the ultimate goal of global destruction. It is teeming with high-level villains, elite spies, and individuals possessing extraordinary powers; they are omnipresent, operate without a fixed base, and their leader remains unknown. They frequently recruit and kidnap students from the JHA; those abducted are either never seen again or end up joining their ranks.

All top and competent students here can use the "Maximum" technique which increases their power output by 500%.

There are some rare upper class students who can use the reverse technique, a technique where they multiply energy and it will turn into a technique that heals all kinds of wounds.

also there's one condition that students can use so called Critical hits or in JHA it's called perfect frame or PF
"perfect frame" is done when an attack lands on the target exactly when the user's energy is at its peak.
also requires a lot of luck but when successful the power surge can reach 1³
