Universe 22 RPG

In this universe, there are really interesting and cool concepts.

When people train, fight or defeat opponents, they gain EXP and Training Points. When People get enough EXP, they LEVEL UP, when people level up, they get a big amount of Training Points, people also can get new transformations when they get to a specific level.

TRAINING POINTS: Training points can be used to raise these stats: MARTIAL ART(The damage of martial art attacks), MELEE WEAPONS(The damage of weapon attacks), DEFENSE(Amount of HP), SPEED and REACTION SPEED.

When a good hearted "non-deity" gets to level 1000, they become a god.

In universe 22, there are many things that don't exist in real life:

-All animals are anthropomorphic: Every single animal can talk and do things that humans can do.
-Superpowers: Special abilities that anyone can get.
-In this world, people's power levels get higher when they train and/or fight, there's not a Max Power Level(Example: If a human train enough, they might even get more powerful than Gods)
-Fictional things: Unicorns, vampires, zombies, superpowers, aliens, Santa Claus, Easter Bunny, etc, exist here.
-In this world, if Person A purposely makes Person B's HP 0 while intending on killing them, Person B dies. But if Person A purposely makes Person B's HP 0 while NOT intending on killing them, the Person B only gets unconscious until their HP regenerates.
-In this universe, blood and wounds don't exist (Example, if someone is stabbed by a knife, they will lose HP and will feel pain, but there will be no wound in the place where the knife stabbed), so there's no Gore in this universe.
-Gods, alternate universes, other planets with living beings.

Everyone has a power level in Universe 22,the number depends on how much they've trained and fought before, there's no limit to how high their power level can get. All humans are born with 1 power level. Here are the Power Level classifications:

-Civilian Level: PL 1 to 99
-Fighter Level: PL 100 to 999
-Soldier Level: PL 1000 to 9999
-Warrior Level: PL 10000 to 99999
-Elite Level: PL 100000 to 999999
-Champion Level: PL 1000000 to 9999999
-Legends Level: PL 10000000 to 99999999
-God Level: PL 100000000 to 999999999

Sunshine City: Sunshine City is a big city, it's criminality is high. Sunshine city is protected by a team of vigilantes named Fury Fighters. Predominant species: Humans.

Moonlight City: Moonlight City is a big city and Sunshine City's neighbor, its criminality is high for unknown reasons. Moonlight city is protected by a team of vigilantes named Crime Destroyers. Predominant species: Humans.

Blossom City: Blossom City is another big city, it's criminality is high. It has Sakura trees everywhere. Blossom city is protected by a team of vigilantes named Pink Blossoms. Predominant species: Humans.

Green plains: As its name says, it's just green plains. There are many aggressive bees and bears here. Predominant species: Bees and other bugs.

Sweetopia: A kingdom made only out of candy, it's inhabited only by gummy animals. Predominant species: Gummy Animals only.

Superpowers are special Abilities that anyone can have, there are five types if superpower categories:

-Manipulation Superpowers: Ables the user to generate and manipulate a specfic thing. Examples: Water manipulation, Sand Manipulation, Smoke Manipulation, Gravity Manipulation, Chocolate Manipulation.
-Transformation Superpowers: The user can transform into something specific, transformation superpowers users can transform either partially or completely. Example: T-Rex transformation, Unicorn Transformation, Wolf Transformation, Bat Transformation, Dragon Transformation.

-Super Physical Characteristics: Superpowers that make one of the user's stats 1 million. Examples: Super Strength, Super speed, Super Reflexes, Super Memories, Super Stamina.

-Altered Physiology Superpowers: Superpowers that give the user the physiology of other species. Example: Spider Physiology, Vampire physiology, Videogame Physiology, Chameleon Physiology, Plant Physiology.

-Special Abilities superpowers: Literally any superpower that doesn't match with the four other superpower cattegories. Examples: Teleportation, Mind Reading, Invisibility, Flight, Lie Detector.

Techniques are special abilities that anyone can learn, the easiness or difficulty to learn depends on how OP(or not) each are:

-Dash: A movement 3 times faster than the user's running speed, lasts only for half second and can be used once per second. Costs 30 EP(Energy Points) per use.
-Double Jump: The ability to jump once in the ai, even if the user's feet aren't touching something. Costs 30 EP per air jump.
-Triple Jump: The ability to jump twice in the air, even if the user's fist aren't touching something. Costs 30 EP per jump.
-Vision: Ables the user to see anyone's power level, HP and EP just by looking at them.
-Danger Sense: The user's brain will instantly warn them if they or someone nearby is in danger.
-Short Teleport: A really limited version of Teleportation. The user can use once per 30 seconds and costs 50 EP per use.
-Time Freeze: Ables the user to stop time for 5 seconds for everyone but themselves, can be used once per minute.

Transformations are special forms people can achieve which multiplies their power levels.

Base form: Normal form.
Bronze Form: Multiplies the user's base form's power level by 2.
Silver Form: Multiplies the user's base form's Power Level by 3.
Gold Form: Multiplies the user's base form's Power Level by 5.
Ruby Form: Multiplies the user's base form's Power Level by 10.
Emerald Form: Multiplies the user's base form's Power Level by 15.
Diamond Form: Multiplies the user's base form's power Level by 20.
Platinum Form: Multiplies the user's base form's power Level by 25.
Rageblind Form: A form that is only achieved when the user gets to the absolute limit of anger. Multiplies the user's power level by 100.

Everyone in Universe 22 is completely aware that they're Characters of a real life franchise named Fury Fighters and they all know that there are people watching them, so they are always funny, that's why almost nothing is taken seriously here.

But there are somethings that are ALWAYS taken seriously: Crimes like murder, genocide, rape, and many others are always taken seriously. Fights are also taken completely seriously... most of the time.

Moral Alignments show how good or evil someone is:

-Pure Good: 100% good, doesn't have not even a little bit of evil in their heart.
-Near Pure Good: Almost completely good, but they have at least one minor corrupting quality (Minor arrogance, brutality, minor rudeness, etc).
-Inconsistently Admirable: On the side of good, but shows at least one real corrupting quality (Arrogance, egotism, selfishness, lust, etc).
-Inconsistently Heinous: On the side of evil, but shows at least one real redeeming quality (Tragic past, real care for specific people, politeness, honor, etc).
-Near Pure Good: Almost completely evil, but they have at least one redeeming quality (Tragic past, care for specific people, etc).
-Pure Evil: 100% evil, doesn't have not even a little bit of good in their heart.
