Appearance: Short black hair with blue-green highlights, has a tattoo on his left arm that goes across his chest and abdomen, has deep, golden eyes.

Story: Xiao is an Adeptus Yaksha who used to protect the port of Liyue under the command of Rex Penis with the rest of the Yakshas who were his friends, but one tragic day, all his friends were cruelly killed or succumbed to madness, leaving Xiao alone and bearing the weight of karma in being the only Yaksha alive.
