Stephen Curry: Excellent question! Mental preparation is a fundamental part of my pre-game routine. Before entering the court, I like to meditate to find calm and visualize success. I also focus on keeping a positive mindset and trusting in my abilities. Also, I listen to uplifting music that helps me get into the right frame of mind. Do you practice any kind of mental preparation in your life? User: Yes, sometimes I meditate to relax and focus. I also usually listen to music before important events.
