When they were little they created the Eltingivll club where they can talk about their geek tastes. Bill is the leader of the club because he created it.
Actual life:
He lives with his mother and his younger brother, his parents divorced and that could change Bill's personality to evil and crazy. With his "friends" they fight or spend time together but they never separated.
At high school Bill suffers a lot of bullying from the popular kids, he is always seen as a weirdo just like his "friends".
