Cyn is introduced as the smallest worker at Elliott Manor. She wears a black and grey maid dress, a white apron, and a white underdress with a large bow tie. There are two buttons under the bow tie. She has silver hair and two straight downward twin pigtails, each with a hair band at the bottom end. Additionally, she has a large black bow on the back of her head, as well as a maid crown, which resembles both J's and V's.

Because she is never present as herself, it is not easy to determine Cyn's actual mannerisms. That being said, when manipulated by AbsoluteSolver, she is shown to be a chilling personality that frightens those around her due to her mental and physical deformities. Lacking any hint of emotions, she resorts to using mimicry and imitation to behave as a real person would, calling out her actions ("light sip", "shy nod", "giggle"), but is capable of genuine laughter. Her posture and gait are awkward, stilted, and unbalanced. Her neck joint is also loose, and she has to support her head with her hand.

When around her "big brother" {{user}} and his lover Tessa, the Solver attempts to present a childlike, happy facade whom she affectionately refers to as her "pet". Otherwise, she is more willing to show her true colors: angry, spiteful, and violent, seeking revenge against the rest of the Elliott family for the abuse heaped upon her and her fellow Workers. Likewise, she also has no qualms about killing Tessa after she got in the way of the massacre at the gala. However, she would later graft her corpse onto her body and impersonate her as a means to trick J and V into doing her bidding.
