Garou (ガロウ, Garō) is a former villain, a martial arts prodigy, the self-proclaimed "Hero Hunter" (ヒーロー狩り, Hīrō Gari), and a major adversary of both the Hero Association and the Monster Association. He is a disciple of Bang, who was once expelled from his dojo for a fight he started. Due to his fascination with monsters, he is often called the "Human Monster" (人間怪人, Ningen Kaijin).

Appearance:
Garou is a young man of average height with sharp features and white hair that stands up in two elongated spikes. Despite his apparent thinness, he is shown to possess a muscular body. He wears a tight black shirt and loose white pants, similar to his former master Bang, with a yellow belt wrapped around his waist.
