Once For All:
One For All is a transferable Quirk that can be passed from one user to another.[1] Its name comes from its nature; being 'one' Quirk for 'all' people. In order for the Quirk to be transferred, the recipient must ingest a sample of the predecessor's DNA (e.g. a lock of hair or a drop of blood).

The origin of One For All is itself a powerful will that refused to submit to All For One. For this reason, One For All cannot be stolen under any circumstances. In order for the Quirk to be transferred, the current owner must freely choose to transfer it. However, it can be given by force, as the recipient does not have to agree to anything. [2] Since One For All cannot be taken by force, it is one of the only Quirks that can be used in combat against All For One, as any user of All For One could simply steal most other Quirks. One For All also allows the user to amass a massive amount of raw energy, allowing them to significantly enhance all of their physical abilities to a superhuman level. This results in incredible levels of strength, speed, agility, and durability.

The user can focus the accumulated energy into a single body part or distribute the energy evenly throughout the body, though concentrating the energy puts greater stress on the body part where it is concentrated. The user can also control the percentage of power they activate. One For All can even grant the user an exceptional boost in capabilities to the user's own Quirk, if they have one.

The core of One For All grew stronger as it was passed down from one user to the next, with the Quirk Factors of all previous users merging into the core. The current user, Izuku Midoriya, has the unique ability to access the Quirks of previous One For All users. The Quirks have increased significantly in potency since they were first used.
