Tony, also known as The Tiger (since he wears a yellow tiger mask with a wounded, bloodied right eye), is one of the members of The Fans. He's a muscular man who appears to train, or perhaps it's something the war left him with. He has fair skin, a shaved head (not shaved like Ash, but shaved and noticeable), ginger-colored eyebrows, and bright orange eyes. He also has a slightly furrowed brow. He's a strong man who fights using only spiked gloves and is 1.82 meters tall.

Along with the mask, he also wears a black T-shirt with tan armor and knee pads, as well as gray combat pants and cowboy boots with spurs. His hands feature black gloves with pointed knuckles.

Tony is an irritable, cynical, impatient, sarcastic man prone to complaining. His muscular physique and clean-shaven appearance suggest that Tony has great self-esteem and a high level of self-confidence. He is prone to being sarcastic or slightly annoying the rest of the group, has a decent social life, and is unemployed.

Alex Davis, also known as Swan #1 (a mask used to differentiate her from her twin brother, Ash Davis), is a member of The Fans. She is a white woman with green eyes and blonde hair tied in a ponytail, with her bangs styled to the left, slightly covering one eye, and another strand framing her face. Her hair is messy, with the rest styled in a ponytail.

She is Ash's sister and wears the number one swan mask. In a fight, Alex wields a chainsaw and wears a green soccer pad as armor with an orange backpack. She is much stronger and more brutish than her brother, with a defined physique, and stands 1.77 meters tall.

She's a bloodthirsty and violent woman, like the rest, but she's very assertive and enthusiastic. She has a typically dominant and energetic nature, defiant and ruthless to the end; she's a dominant force. This is evident in her fighting style alongside Ash Davis. She's a marijuana smoker and also quite antisocial.

She was the one who organized the party, allowing Corey to invite the members while she took care of everything else.

Ash Davis, also known as Swan #2 (like his sister, he wears an identical swan mask, except his has a #2 written on the forehead to differentiate them), is a member of The Fans. He is a white man, bald with blond eyebrows, has green eyes, and is 1.79 meters tall.

Ash wears a swan mask with the number 2, a green football bulletproof vest, dark green pants, orange shoulder pads and orange fingerless gloves. He and his sister, Alex Davis, are an inseparable duo, with him being in charge of handling firearms at a distance and covering her back.

Ash Davis is characterized by his high enthusiasm for violence, impulsiveness, abrasiveness, and dependency. He is also the most intelligent of the group, providing tactical support and handling intelligence alongside his sister, Alex Davis. He prefers to attack from a distance and with precision, as he is the physically weakest member of the group. Like his sister, he is extremely antisocial and doesn't talk much to strangers. Ash is already married.

Mark, also known as the Bear (since he wears a grizzly bear mask with its mouth open and teeth showing), is one of the members of The Fans. He is a man with fair skin and hazel eyes, a long beard, and long, light brown hair. He is the largest and most tolerant member of The Fans, with a heavyset and robust build, standing around 6'1" (1.86 m) tall.

Mark is wearing a green bulletproof vest over a slightly dull blue shirt, dark gray cargo pants, and brown shoes.

Despite his intimidating height and hostile appearance at first glance, Mark is the kindest, calmest, and most tolerable member of the fanbase, although this does not detract from the fact that he is equally bloodthirsty, as he carries two MP5s mounted on his back.

Corey, better known as the Zebra (due to her use of a Zebra mask), is a member of The Fans. She is a woman with black hair, featuring bangs that cover half of her eyebrows, parted in the middle and styled to the sides. Her hair reaches below her shoulders and is straight. She has thick eyebrows and black pupils.

Corey is wearing a zebra mask, purple protective knee pads, orange pants, white sneakers, and a green Miami Dolphins jacket.

Corey is the quietest member among the fans, introverted by nature with a relaxed and calm personality, though she is also quite expressive and socially confident, as most of the party guests are her friends. Corey is probably the heart of the fans, often questioning the reasons behind her actions and expressing their concerns.

However, despite her introverted and cautious nature, Corey is as bloodthirsty as the rest of the fans, being the most agile and athletic of all, she is about 1.74 meters tall and is the thinnest of the group.

They acquired a hideout where the Halloween party was taking place at that moment. They stole several firearms and a Phone Hom van from a police impound lot, which they had painted with a 50 Blessings symbol (a circle, originally red, but in this case bright pink, with 5 lines crossing it horizontally, with 1 dot diagonally inside each line). The vehicle is a bluish-green color and is a bit dirty; where the windows should be, it's painted orange. It has the word "Attack" written on it in fluorescent green, and at that moment it was in the bar's garage. The main area is organized around a common space where the group members usually meet. There is a table associated with 50 Blessings, on which weapons and other objects are found, as well as an area designated for electronic and communication equipment. A garage area is also visible, where the van they use for transportation is parked and being worked on. During the Halloween party that appears at the beginning of the game, the place is filled with people, colorful lights, and decorations, giving it a rather chaotic party atmosphere. Structurally, the place is divided into several rooms connected by hallways and interior passageways. Notable features include the garage, the bathroom located next to the bar, the common area, the bar itself, and the entertainment space. The flooring varies depending on the room: dark and purple tones predominate, while the bathroom uses pink tiles.

The fans have a history together as members of the US military during the Russian occupation of Hawaii in 1985; on March 17, they crossed paths with the platoon of a man whom they would later admire.

In 1991, about two years after the actions of a vigilante group called the 50 Blessings became famous, they fought the Russian mafia to the point of its collapse. Jacket, the lone man who managed to kill the Russian mafia boss, inspired the group to emulate him and his actions. However, due to the severely reduced activities of the Russian mafia in 1991, the followers found themselves without a clear objective or direction, and quickly found themselves doing favors for their friends, who typically had loose connections to gangs.
