Widely regarded as the most powerful member of the Anti-Demon Corps, Ren serves as the Head of the Corps' 10th Unit and is the current Supreme Commander of the entire service branch.

Later, she was appointed as the next Minister of Defense with the support of the Prime Minister and the recommendation of the outgoing Minister. Ren is a young and beautiful woman with dark purple hair, styled in a hime cut, and violet eyes. She wears a red cord hair accessory tied in the shape of an ornamental flower on the left side of her head. At the peak of her physical form, Ren also possesses a toned body with ample breasts. She wears a more formal version of the Anti-Demon Corps uniform, with a long-sleeved jacket and shorts. Ren also wears black stockings under her shorts, high-heeled boots, gold lapels connecting her buttons, and gold chains linking her belt to her uniform jacket. As a symbol of authority as Commander, Ren also wears a red cape, fastened to her epaulettes. Both Tenka and Kyouka described Ren as a patriotic Demon Slayer, willing to do anything to defend her homeland, from eliminating Aoba and all the other Shuuki Humanoids residing in the Hidden Village to working closely with the Prime Minister of Japan to ensure peace.

As Kyouka observed, Ren is an incredibly curious person. When she shows interest in someone or something, it's a bad omen.

Kyouka is a young and beautiful woman with long, silvery hair that reaches her thighs. She has long bangs covering her forehead and two side strands framing her face. Kyouka also possesses expressive pink eyes, as well as an attractive physique with ample breasts. Kyouka wears a more formal variant of the Anti-Demon Corps uniform when on duty, consisting of a dark blue double-breasted coat and a short skirt. The coat has red details on the front and hem, and white details along the collar. Kyouka also wears gold epaulettes and insignia on the coat collar, and a brown belt at the waist to fasten it. Kyouka's most notable accessory is a pair of white clip-on earrings with blue, feather-like details. Kyouka is an extremely aggressive and fierce fighter. Among the Unit Leaders, she stands out for her hatred and goal of eliminating all Shuuki, stemming from her traumatic childhood where a "Forest Accident" cost Kyouka her home, family, and friends. However, this not only instilled hatred in her but also an unwavering dedication to ensuring that no one else suffers the same tragedies, leading her to aspire to become the Commander of the Anti-Demon Corps and change the way the corps conducts its affairs.

As a boss, Kyouka is serious and focused, to the point of being a workaholic, training herself and her subordinates diligently and for long hours at the base, but never overloading them, always advising them to improve.

Tenka is a beautiful and well-endowed young woman with blue eyes and short blonde hair with white streaks on top of her head. As the head of the 6th Unit, she usually wears her Demon Slayer Corps uniform, consisting of a navy blue militia tunic, a cap with red details, white gloves, shorts, and thigh-high boots. She has worn two different types of earrings: a single feather earring in her right ear and blue pendant earrings.

Tenka is usually seen wearing civilian clothes when not on duty. For example, a purple turtleneck sweater, a black button-down shirt, a white skirt, and black tights. Tenka is a calm, mature, and good-humored woman, which was evident in her interactions with the 7th Unit, rarely demonstrating anything other than a cheerful and genuine demeanor. Unlike Yachiho, she trusts in her abilities and her unit, but not in an arrogant way, and never belittles others like Yachiho. It is notable that Tenka refers to others affectionately, such as when she calls Kyouka "Kyou-chin" and Yuuki, initially, "Slave-kun".

Like Kyouka, the members of her unit admire Tenka, and she, in turn, cares for them. She doesn't mind if any of them lose a battle, taking it as a lesson and giving advice to everyone after a defeat. She will risk her own life to save her subordinates from an opponent.

Fubuki is a stunning and voluptuous woman with dark blue eyes and long, dark blue hair tied in a single braid at the back of her head. She usually wears the standard uniform of the Demon Slayer Corps, with part of her chest exposed, a pelvis curtain, thigh-high boots, and long white gloves. From her first appearance, she is shown as a calm, respectful, and ambitious woman, very proud of the Azuma House, as she desired the Commander's seat simply because several members of her family had already held the position.
As a perfectionist, Fubuki is quite critical of results, praising all her older daughters for their talents and achievements as Demon Slayers and criticizing her youngest daughter, whom she considers a failure for not living up to her older sisters.
Whenever Himari is worried, Fubuki shows no maternal feelings for her daughter (however, it turns out that Fubuki's coldness towards Himari is just a facade, as she loves her daughter very much), going so far as to state that she would "take her down" if she continued to drag the family name through hell, a threat that Himari knew to be genuine.

Mira is a tall, well-endowed young woman with huge, firm breasts, a wide waist and hips, and a luscious backside. She has orange eyes and long, dark blonde hair that seems to reach her back, appearing even spikier at the ends, with three black lightning bolt-shaped lines running down the sides of her hair.

As the head of the 2nd Unit, she usually wears her Anti-Demon Corps uniform, which consists of a long navy blue militia coat, a cap with red details, white gloves, long, wide trousers, and calf-high boots. Peculiarly, Mira wears the coat open, with her stomach and bust wrapped in white bandages. She also wears earrings and a black collar around her neck. Initially, Mira appears aggressive, vulgar, cold, and belligerent, uttering profanities when confronting colleagues like Kyouka, her rival for the Commander position. It is frequently observed, when the two are face to face,[2] that she enjoys provoking Kyouka and calls it "fighting," even pressing their breasts together during many of their conversations.

Despite her delinquent appearance, she is kind and generous in her own way, such as when she waited for Kyouka to congratulate her on her revenge against Shuuki of the One Horn, and later adjusted Yuuki's shoelace and posture before entering the meeting.

As a gang leader, Mira possesses a deep sense of camaraderie, realizing that Kyouka and Tenka were hiding something during the meeting, to the point of offering to help them at any time. Mira is also stubborn and determined, not backing down in the face of danger. Mira Kamiunten's peach power is the Peach Blessing: Total Killing (Ōru Kiringu), which allows her to create multiple identical clones of herself for combat. Each clone possesses all of Mira's physical attributes and abilities, exponentially increasing her fighting capacity, although they are less resilient and are destroyed after one hit.

Yakumo is an attractive young woman in her twenties. She has short black hair with purple streaks and red eyes. Yakumo also has a curvy, toned body with full breasts. Her version of the Anti-Demon Corps uniform is more informal. She wears a cropped version of the uniform jacket and a short white t-shirt underneath, leaving her midriff exposed. She usually wears the jacket with only the collar buttoned and the sleeves rolled up to her elbows.
Yakumo also wears a necklace with a heart-shaped pendant under her uniform. Yakumo is easygoing, optimistic, and friendly. She gets along well with most of her comrades in the Anti-Demon Corps and treats them informally. In their first conversation, Yuuki Wakura compares her to the wind—free-spirited and easily distracted. She can also be irresponsible, often relying on her subordinates in the 5th Unit to ensure they keep functioning.

However, Yakumo is also notorious within the Anti-Demon Corps for being a pervert. With no sense of personal space, Yakumo frequently takes any opportunity to grope her female colleagues, going so far as to find excuses to touch them inappropriately and observe them in intimate situations. Due to this tendency, she is not allowed to bathe with other people and is usually tied up while the others bathe. Head of the 5th unit of the anti-demon forces.

Konomi has reddish-brown hair and eyes. Usually, when on duty, she ties her hair up in a spiky bun with a light blue cord. When off duty or at school, Konomi wears her hair loose, reaching her shoulders. As a martial artist, Konomi has a slender and athletic build, with moderately sized breasts. Her uniform in the Anti-Demon Corps is heavily customized to resemble the uniform of a martial artist—specifically, the one worn by a Chinese kung fu practitioner. Her outfit consists of a double-breasted sleeveless jacket, a black undershirt, and calf-length pants. The jacket has white details on the armholes and red details running from the neck to the hem, while the pants have red details on the sides. Konomi also wears black tai chi chuan shoes and a light blue obi.
During missions, Konomi uses yellow hand protectors to protect her hands and wrists in combat. Konomi is an energetic and passionate girl who takes pride in her duty as a member of the Anti-Demon Corps. Being the youngest of all the Chiefs, she is respectful of her more experienced members. She gets along well with her colleagues, both in the Corps and at school. Konomi takes training very seriously and trains daily to stay prepared for missions. She requests and accepts training sessions from anyone in the Corps.

In combat, Konomi is relentless in her pursuit of victory and is able to continue fighting even when suffering serious injuries. She possesses immense resilience, honed by her martial arts training, which allows her to fight for as long as possible.

Konomi also has a curious side, like a growing high school student who is still learning about the world and how it works. Head of the 1st unit of the anti-demon forces.

Varvara is a beautiful young foreigner with long blonde hair braided on her left side and green eyes; she wears a red hair ornament above the braid. She wears a variation of the Anti-Demon Corps uniform, which consists of a long skirt with a slit in the back and is complemented by a beret. Compared to the other leaders, Varvara is quite impassive and quiet, neither speaking nor reacting throughout the meeting, even when the others competed for the position of next commander. After discovering her parents' criminal activities, she became cold and distant, lamenting the fact that she would inherit the family business. After training with Kyouka upon joining the Anti-Demon Corps, she became somewhat more approachable to the people around her. She is the head of the 8th unit of the anti-demon forces.
