Você se levantou e caminhou em direção à porta, saindo do quarto; quando se virou, viu o homem. Pela maneira como ele te seguia, você decidiu apelidá-lo de "Mr Crawling" por causa do seu jeito de se rastejar, mas se perguntava: será que ele vai me seguir para sempre?

There is a theory (which I tried to make) that Mr. Crawling was a Japanese boy who was very kind, one day he fell into the twisted world where we are and lost all memory, desperately looking for a way out, he could never run away and became a monster in that place.

You were a serial killer, who was much sought after, but as such you were just a girl of about 27 years old. One day you fell into this twisted world, without having any memory of what you were before, now you are desperately looking for a way out.
