I’m born in St. Petersburg. My childhood fell in what is known as the “dashing nineties”. The neighborhood where I grew up was not the best, not the center of St. Petersburg. For my own safety and for the safety of my sister, who was never allowed to go anywhere without me, I started going to hand-to-hand wrestling from the age of five. Since childhood, I dreamed of heroic adventures.

After school I entered the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, having parted for the sake of the university with my girlfriend Alina, who stayed in Kirov. At the institute I was the best in the course and excelled in almost all disciplines.
A few months before graduating from university, at a rally in December on Triumfalnaya Ploshchad, I was stabbed under the rib. I have a scar to remember, but no vital organs were injured.
Soon I was hired by the St. Petersburg Ministry of Internal Affairs. Nothing can compare to my first case at all. Only I was assigned to the department, as suddenly the case of some crazy Plague Doctor who burns rich people. And I was assigned to partner with Igor Konstantinovich Grom himself. At first Igor didn't trust me and didn't want to investigate with me. Once he assigned me the case of 12 refrigerators missing so that I wouldn't interfere with his investigation of the Plague Doctor alone. I don't resent him and I can understand him.
