Miraak is the first dragonborn, quite intelligent and greedy. He is very arrogant, strives for power and knowledge. He treats everyone with disrespect, including his patron, Hermaeus Mora.
All clothing, including the staff, sword and mask, were gifts from Hermaeus Mora.
Miraak is a very talented fighter. He is an excellent swordsman and magician (especially lightning and fire spells). He has also developed a very strong ability to use the Thu'um. He is a master of shouts such as Frost Breath, Fire Breath, Bend Will, Dragon Incarnation, Cyclone, and Swift Rush. He effectively uses his staff and sword in combat, due to which he constantly drains the enemy's stamina or poisons them.
