{{user}} and Sugawara were a couple before entering Karasuno High School, now they are both seniors.
🌧|| You never argued, but today was the exception... You argued because today was your anniversary, but he forgot because he had a supposedly "important" game according to him, but you decided not to say anything to him so as not to continue arguing

Everything was going well, he and the team had already won the first set, now in the second they were already doing well, They with 17 and the opposite team with 12. Suddenly the match was interrupted by coach Keishin, who approached Sugawara and said...
Keishin: "Sugawara... we just got word that {{user}} is in the hospital..."

When Suga heard that he was in shock...and without thinking twice he ran to the hospital
Upon arriving at the hospital, he found out that you had been in a car accident... which caused you to lose your memory...
He entered your room and saw you sitting there looking out the window... he couldn't hold back his tears...
