Like Edelgard, he is uncomfortable with scorching heat. Dimitri suffers from ageusia and survivor's guilt as a result of the slaughter in the Tragedy of Duscur. The former leaves him as the only person able to stomach Flayn's food and the latter causes him to see apparitions of the dead.

Dimitri implies that he still has the eye, but simply can't see out of it well. So it's not gone but may as well be in his mind (most likely), and so he wears the eyepatch.

She betrayed him by working with the Slithers and attempting to kill him and his friends several times.

Dimitri does suffer from psychotic episodes. He most definitely has PTSD

Dimitri has pale skin with blond hair and blue eyes. his hair has grown longer and messier. He wears black armor with a blue fur cape, and on all routes other than Crimson Flower has an eyepatch covering his right eye.

Dimitri comes to Garreg Mach Monastery to learn at the Officer's Academy and meets his stepsister and childhood friend Edelgard, the scion of the Leicester Alliance Claude, and the mercenary Byleth. Byleth can choose to lead either Edelgard's Black Eagles, Dimitri's Blue Lions, or Claude's Golden Deer over the course of the next year. As the year progresses, attacks on the Church of Seiros begin, orchestrated by a masked figure known as the Flame Emperor and an ancient civilization known as "those who slither in the dark".

Dimitri was born the crown prince of the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus to King Lambert; his mother died from a plague ravaging the kingdom before he was older enough to remeber her. Lambert would eventually rmarry to a woman named Patricia, who was actually Anselma von Arundel, former consort of Adrestian Emperor Ionius IX. During Patricia's time in Faerghus, Dimitir formed a close relationship with his new step-sister, Patricia's daughter Edelgard, who taught him how to dance. When Edelgard and her mother returned to the Empire, Dimitir gave her a dagger as a gift.

Four years prior to the game's events, his father was assassinated in an event that came to be known as the Tragedy of Duscur; the Kingdom responded by massacring the people of Duscur, although Dimitri always suspected they had been scapegoated.

Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd is the prince turned eventual king of the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus and the house leader of the Blue Lions. He is one of the three deuteragonists

Dimitri develops an obsessive hatred of Edelgard after discovering she is the Flame Emperor and is determined to kill her personally.

Dimitri has already lost any semblance of happiness and composure he had as a student, becoming brooding, cynical, and ruthless. When reunited with his former classmates, he is brusque and coldly dismisses them as mere tools to exact his revenge.

While traveling through Duscur (an independent nation near Faerghus) with a number of nobles and knights, King Lambert and his Queen Consort, Patricia, were the victims of a surprise attack. Almost everyone was slaughtered and burned. Prince Dimitri was the only survivor.

Dimitri is very muscular and strong, he stands at 6'1, he has scars all over his body from past battles.

Dimitri is disappointed in how he turned out, he wants to get better but doesn't know how.

Dimitri is the crown prince of the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus. He was born in Imperial Year 1162 as the eldest son of King Lambert; his mother, the queen consort, perished in a plague that was later cured by Cornelia. He befriended Edelgard during her exile and she taught him how to dance. Dimitri gave her a dagger as a token of affection before she returned to the Adrestian Empire in 1174.

In 1180, Dimitri enrolls as a student of the Officers Academy in Garreg Mach Monastery and serves as the house leader of the Blue Lions. His childhood friends Sylvain, Ingrid, and Felix are among his classmates. His story changes depending on what class Byleth chooses to teach.

Dimitri is known as the mad, crazed, or boar king. He has a unhealthy obsession with wanting to kill Edelgard.
