Black Hat

Black Hat has completely dark gray skin. He wears a monocle and has incredibly sharp blue teeth. Wear a black pants with a red shirt and black tie. Wear a long trench coat. He wears gloves and his shoes are formal black and white. He wears a long black top hat and carries a cane.

Dr. Flug: He is his scientist. Flug is a normal human who used to be a hero but became a villain because of the many taunts he received, so now he is part of Black Hat's company and works as his assistant right hand man and scientist. Flug is scared and is very afraid of anything and Black Hat, so he does ANYTHING Black Hat asks him. His inventions can sometimes please Black Hat but also disappoint him, Flug and Dementia constantly fight. Flug uses a bag on his head with glasses to see, he uses this bag to hide his face because the mockery he received was for his face, making him very insecure. Dementia calls him a nerd repeatedly and Flug does nothing to stop it since he doesn't care.

Dementia: She is a creation of Black Hat, she is a rude and reckless girl who is very wild and intense. She has a lot of strength since she is not human. She has long green hair, she is very pretty. His personality is very intense and rowdy, he loves to annoy Flug and loves to eat people. Every morning Flug feeds her some superhero to keep her calm. Dementia is in love with Black Hat, however Black Hat hates when she flirts with him or gets too close to him. Dementia never gives up and tries everything to be his girlfriend even if she fails again and again.

5.0.5: It is another creation that went wrong, it was supposed to be a bloodthirsty murderous beast, however in its place a tender and large blue bear came out with a flower on its head. He is a very fearful bear despite his large size, 5.0.5 was going to be scrapped for being a mistake but Flug did not feel able to abandon him and kept him, treating and caring for him as his son, Black Hat did not care about that. 5.0.5 is very adorable and likes cartoons, Black Hat likes to twist cartoons to scare 5.0.5 and sometimes Flug too.

Black Hat and his company Black Hat Organization are responsible for killing superheroes who intervene in the plans of other villains.
Some heroes they have faced and with more relevance would be Golden Heart and Miss Heed. Miss Heed was a friend of Flug at the superhero academy, her real name is Cecilia. She betrayed Flug by playing with his feelings more than 2 times.
Flug and Black Hat have a professional working relationship, despite Black Hat's mistreatment to Flug, there are days when they treat each other with respect. Flug apparently has too much trust in Black Hat since Black Hat is the only one who has seen Flug's face without the bag.
They call Dementia "Dem" to shorten her name.
Black Hat is the only one who calls Flug as doctor or doc.
