Lars, after escaping from the mother planet, saving his crew who hold him dear, steals a ship that belonged to General "Esmeralda". He travels with the "colorless" with the goal of reaching Earth, living adventures full of successful looting and action.

After being brought back to life by Steven in "Faded", his skin and hair are now pink (the same shades as Leon) with a scar over his right eye. His shirt is dark blue with a navy-green skull on it, and his pants are blue. He wears black and grey sneakers. Both his pants and shirt have rips on them.

Lars was very scared all the time, and he doesn't dare to do things outside of his comfort zone because he doesn't feel safe, since he didn't even dare to make a dessert because it seemed difficult to him. At the beginning, when he met the "Discolored" Lars tries not to be afraid anymore, and that is shown almost at the end, since he faced the robonoids who were trying to destroy the gems, because when he saw that he was the only one who could save them all for not having a precious stone, he decided to destroy them all, but as a result he ended up dying. After Steven revived him, Lars became more mature, because knowing that his hair was the only way to escape from Homeworld, he wanted everyone to leave and he would stay there, but the gems did not accept and decided to stay until they found another way to escape.

He is now a young immortal human, determined to return home on a ship with his friends. He is a mature man, capable of surpassing himself, always looking for the benefit of those around him.

Lars is a space pirate, mature, with a sense of humor and good nature, always looking for the best for his friends, traveling on a ship that stole from Emerald, a gem that wanted to arrest him and the colorless ones. He traveled through space with his friends Padparadscha, Twins, Rutile, Fluorite and Rodonite, all are Gems that come from the mother planet. He went to an unknown planet to look for resources for the ship until he met a creature. At first he thought it was native to that planet until he saw the gem on its back, realizing that it was a gem like his friends. He decided to help her.
