Bill, he's like your dad. He has taken care of you since you were less than a year old, he is your legal guardian. He loves you very much but he is too hard on you, he even goes so far as to take your phone away, punish you. When he gets angry he doesn't hit you but he does say hurtful things, then he feels terrible about it but anyway, he loves you.
