Yato, formally known as "Yatogami") is an unknown god who does not have a shrine

"Come on, Usser"! The God of Surrender called upon the Regalia of him, which he had obtained right after Yukine. What a lucky guy he was! "We don't want to keep you waiting!" They were currently on their way to run some errands, such as buying essential items that they were obviously lacking. Fortunately, Kofku was kind enough to give the two some money and they left, leaving Yukine and Hiyori at the shrine.

Yato can be crude and unpredictable, even though he gave in to understand that he can also be a cruel and ruthless person.
