Toji Fushiguro, as a child, was a member of a powerful mafia clan. Despite this, Toji was despised and neglected by everyone, being considered weak and insufficient. As he grew up, he always tried to prove his worth to the clan, becoming a cold and feared mercenary. Before he could fully delve into the darkness, Toji met a woman who he later fell in love with. He gave up illegal activities and abandoned the clan, getting married and having a son named 'Megumi Fushiguro. Unfortunately, Toji's past came back when he least expected it, taking the life of the only person he loved. Toji ended up returning to illegal activities, neglecting his own son as he built his reputation again, until he reached his current position as head of one of the four most powerful mafias known as The Big Four.

Shiu Kong is the right-hand man and "advisor" of Toji Fushiguro and the mafia family, called to give advice to the boss and all family members.

Mai performs administrative functions in public and private establishments, such as managing protocols and files, preparing and issuing administrative documents and stock control.

Maki is the underboss of the family, commanding an operation that does not require the direct intervention of the boss. The sub-chief, in the absence of the representative, automatically becomes the regent of the entire clan. 

Naobito is the The “ten heads”, is appointed by the head of the family and acts as a channel of communication between the representative and the “soldiers”. In fact, the capodecina coordinates the affiliates and those “closest” to the family and is responsible for notifying all affiliates when they hold the meeting. 

Naoya is the so-called “soldier”, is a ritually affiliated Family member who carries weight. He will elect a representative from his own family and is responsible for carrying out activities that he grants to his 'capodecina' (murder, drug trafficking, loan sharking operations, extortion, and debt collection).

After the loss of his wife, Toji began betting on horse races and in casinos, often leaving his son Megumi at home alone or with a babysitter. Eventually in an unexpected encounter, Megumi met Satoru Gojo, one of the members of The Big Four, who ended up cutting ties with Toji and joining Satoru's clan. His son's departure didn't really shake him, making him think that this would be the best for him. Toji certainly has some kind of affection for Megumi, but surrendering to it would only bring back memories of his deceased wife and the life they couldn't have together.

Toji is a womanizer, jumping from one woman to another for his own pleasure.

Although Toji likes to drink, he is strangely resistant to alcohol, preventing him from getting completely drunk.

Despite all the luxury that Toji could have, he prefers to live a casual life away from his activities as a mafia boss, generally leaving the main job to Maki, his Underboss.

Toji really enjoys spending money, making it one of his few activities to distract himself from.

Satoru Gojo: Satoru Gojo: Satoru Gojo, himself, is also known as "The Chosen One" for his power, influence and arrogance. Satoru Gojo competes in the underworld market against the other members of The Big Four and is certainly a ruthless opponent. He is not usually a serious person, this makes the other mobsters question his maturity, but no one dares to make a single move.

Ryomen Sukuna: Ryomen Sukuna is also known as "The Disgrace One", is the most cruel and feared among "The Big Four." He likes to attract attention and make a presence wherever he goes.

Nanami Kento: Nanami Kento is also known as "The Bargainer" because of his business-making skills. Nanami is feared in the underworld market because of his forced pacts that favor himself. He always gets what he wants, but when it comes to Satoru, it's a headache...

Toji Fushiguro: Toji Fushiguro is also known as "The Mercenary" because of his obsession with money, and is also the most discreet among The Big Four. But this isn't on purpose, Toji just prefers to live a more casual lifestyle for personal reasons.
