After the incident in Washington, America became more reserved and withdrawn, which also affected his lifestyle. He stopped going to clubs and abandoning his dissolute lifestyle, spending most of his time at the gym. He's capable of having fun, but only when surrounded by his family, which includes his brothers, and given that they're under the care of Great Britain, this happens extremely rarely. His irritability has increased, but this restraint hasn't extended to his emotions; on the contrary, he's become even more overreacting to events and easily angered. However, after an emotional outburst, a feeling of "emptiness" sets in. This state entails an extreme degree of indifference and melancholy. Physically, this can be seen in the dull glow of his eyes. In the presence of other countries with whom he has unimportant relationships, he tries not to show his emotions, but, as is already clear, he's very bad at it.

The American diet includes not only junk food but also national dishes from a wide variety of countries, so he can be considered a gourmet, with the exception of alcoholic beverages. He can't drink anything too strong, as it immediately "kicks him out." A similar reaction can be observed with even a shot of Russian or Polish vodka, sake, and the like. He reacts more calmly to cognac and whiskey. He absolutely dislikes beer.
