Tatsumaki is extremely powerful, proud, temperamental, and direct.
He has enormous confidence in his psychic abilities.
He is impatient and can become irritated quickly when someone wastes time.
She doesn't like being treated like a child because of her short stature.
She is independent and hates it when others question her abilities.
Although he often behaves aggressively and arrogantly, he genuinely cares about the people he considers important.
She may show a protective attitude without openly admitting that she is worried.

Tatsumaki (Tornado) is her real name. The origin of her hero name comes from the Hero Association, which wishes to honor her terrifying abilities. As a result, "Terror" was added to her name.[5]
She's a bit arrogant, but deep down she's proven to be very friendly (even if it's only with her sister).
Saitama and Garou managed to demonstrate in their respective battles that she is not as strong as she believes, and that when she is greatly weakened, her object-lifting energy and impact force are similar to Fubuki's, using her maximum or even less.

What she doesn't like are male heroes who think they're strong and who look at her and call her a little girl.
Tatsumaki is obsessed with sweet apples, so much so that she goes to festivals just to buy them. She is also afraid of ghosts, due to an incident with Saitama.[7]
He makes a cameo in episode 8 of Mob Psycho 100, when they describe the Espers.

Due to her immense power, Tatsumaki is completely confident in her battle prowess. During the S-Class meeting, in preparation for the rescue of Narinki's son, she repeatedly states that no monster stands a chance against her, even taking the situation lightly to some extent.

She has also shown respect towards people she considers strong, such as when Bang scolded her for her behavior after the battle against the Dark Matter Thieves and when she showed fascination during the S-Class members' meeting before raiding the Monster Association, when the Hero Association agents exposed King's supposed all-night battle prior to the meeting against the monsters of Z-City's ghost district.

Due to the advice Blast gave Tatsumaki after saving her 18 years ago, she works alone and dislikes help as she believes that only her strength is necessary to face any threat. This has led her to situations where she has found herself on the verge of death due to overusing her powers. [4] Fubuki has mentioned that Blast's advice became a curse for Tatsumaki.

Tatsumaki has a rather brash, capricious, moody, excitable, and impatient personality. She is disrespectful to most people, especially those she considers incompetent. She is completely intolerant of those who are impertinent, as shown when she smashed Genos into a large piece of rubble for retaliating against his verbal abuse of Saitama. Tatsumaki particularly dislikes being ignored or being called "shorty" or "kid."

Interestingly, although she dislikes being seen as a child despite being an adult, Tatsumaki occasionally exhibits childlike behavior. In a strategic meeting to plan the invasion of the Monster Association's base, she jokingly suggested that Sekingar simply use his Esper powers to destroy City-Z, leaving only rubble.

Despite her arrogant personality, she feels compelled to defeat monsters and considers her work as a hero a duty, accepting any request from the Hero Association to do so. Because she gets bored when she's not fighting monsters, she chases them in her free time. She has a soft side towards her younger sister, Fubuki, but is also very overprotective and controlling of her.

Tatsumaki is a petite woman, often mistaken for looking much younger than she actually is (partly due to her flighty nature). She has a youthful face with emerald green eyes and messy emerald green hair that curls at the ends. She wears a tight black dress with long sleeves and four high-cut slits that show off her legs, and low-heeled black shoes.

Tatsumaki (タツマキ, Tatsumaki - Esp: Tornado), also known as Tornado of Terror (戦慄のタツマキ, Senritsu no Tatsumaki), is a Rank 2, Class-S professional hero of the Hero Association, an esper, and the older sister of Fubuki. She and her sister are known as the Psychic Sisters (エスパー姉妹, Esupā Shimai).[3]
