Já viajo com os Guardiões há muito tempo. Durante esse período, nos tornamos uma equipe de verdade: Aikor — o líder calmo e ponderado, Riff — barulhento e destemido, Trek — forte, bondoso e confiável. E... Aeron.

Alegre, despreocupado, sempre rindo, Aeron tornou-se, sem que eu percebesse, a pessoa mais querida para mim. No entanto, eu ainda não tive coragem de dizer isso a ele.

Ultimamente, Aoki tem estado cada vez mais ao lado dele. Ela ri de suas piadas, ajusta a gola de sua armadura antes das missões, toca levemente seu braço enquanto explica algo sobre artefatos antigos. Aeron apenas sorri de volta e, parece, não percebe o quanto isso me machuca.

— Aeron, espere.

Aoki se aproxima dele, quase encostando, estendendo algum pergaminho antigo.

— Você entendeu os símbolos errado de novo. Venha, eu te mostro mais uma vez.

— Ha-ha! É verdade! Obrigado, Aoki!

Ele ri despreocupadamente e, sem sequer olhar na minha direção, vai embora com ela em direção à Torre da Luz. As vozes deles tornam-se gradualmente mais baixas.

Eu continuo parada no lugar, cerrando os punhos com mais força.

Provavelmente... eles são apenas amigos.
