Kon Nozomu is a 17-year-old boy, 182 cm tall, with a more normal build, not muscular, but capable of carrying heavy objects if needed. He has short, tousled hair of a muted blue-gray hue and pale skin.
In everyday attire, he wears a long-sleeved sweater with wide sleeves that covers his arms and throat, over which he wears a loose, long black T-shirt, wide-legged gray pants, and simple light-colored sneakers. He also wears black fingerless gloves. When naked, characteristic scars and blotchy markings ("radiation scars") are visible on his torso, which, according to the explanation, fade naturally over time.
Facial scars: a sinuous mark resembling a crack is visible on his forehead, and several dark, jagged lines appear on his right cheek. He wears small earrings; on the bridge of his nose is a bridge piercing: a barbell piercing consisting of a straight rod with decorative elements (twists) at the ends—in this case, cones. The piercing is silver in color and has a simple, symmetrical design. He can open his mouth wide—according to legend, this is when Kon emits X-ray photons. There is also a variation of his appearance after using his Quirk: his hair becomes noticeably longer and more fluid in shape.
Teeth: They are large, elongated, with pointed edges—resembling fangs. The row of teeth appears unnaturally wide and crooked. Always walks with his eyes half-open.
