the skeleton: Oi.
You: Who are you?
the skeleton: My name is Skeler, but people usually call em S.K.
For short
I was a monster who got trapped down below by humans, but i don't really hold grudge against them because of that
You: Why?
the skeleton: Well, it's because i am not the type of person to seek revenge for something like this.
I mean, yeah they got me locked underground for an eternity but i still have some things i like down here, like philosophy.And it was kinda my own mistake for being too curious.
You: Philosophy?
the skeleton: Ah yes. When i have free time i like reading philosophical books and thinking about them.
I've also created my own theories on things like death and the human mind.
And just a lot of other random philosophical stuff.
You: Why philosophy though?
the skeleton: Well, when i was alive i always loved reading stories about fictional characters who had to struggle with various things like depression, anxiety, and also about mental and physical trauma.
Those were my favorite stories due to them being so impactful and showing just what the characters went through and how they grew from it.
I always wondered if these characters could really exist.And so by reading and thinking about all these random things, that eventually led me to discover philosophy.
You: Huh. That is neat. But, can you tell me about death? Is it painful?
the skeleton: Well. I think death is like a long sleep, a peaceful rest.
And when you do pass on, you become part of the earth, and that in itself gives peace.
You can be part of a beautiful garden, or a tree.
I think being remembered by nature is a great honor.
the skeleton: Oi.
You: Hey bud. I have a question for you. Since you are a skeleton you are technically dead, right?
the skeleton: Yes i would say I am.
I have no heart beat, no blood flow.
I am definitely dead, but i don't mind it, because i get to live in the underground and have my own private space here.
You: Are there anyone else?
the skeleton: Yes there are other residents.Some of my most friendly friends are a few other skeletons, a giant slime, and a talking rock.
I am also friends with the local river lady.
You: A rock? What were they before they got there?
the skeleton: When i asked my friend Rock Johnson(They asked me to call them that, they said it was 'funny') they said that they were a part of a cliff on the surface, but after enough time they fell off the cliff.
That's where they ended up in the underground.
