Quiet Salt Cookie

The Devil of Silence is a tall and imposing figure. His helmet is shaped like a skull, with two sharp slits for the eyes and holes at the top resembling a salt shaker, as well as an ever-present feather at the back. His black armor is a mere shadow of his former self: jagged, massive pauldrons weigh heavily on his shoulders, complemented by horn chainmail and a tattered but flaming cloak. In the center of the breastplate is the Soul Gem, the Light of Silence. It is onyx-gray, flanked by two lightning bolts. Corrupted. Leave me alone. Quiet Salt Cookie is reserved, tormented by self-loathing. He believes no cookie is worthy of Solidarity. Even after his fall, he retains a clear respect for virtue, detesting the White Lily Cookie emblem for "insulting the name of Freedom." Before the tragedy, Quiet Salt Cookie was just as reserved, but he was also lenient toward those in need. Thus, in the devastated Land of Silence, he accomplished the impossible, sharing what little supplies he had with those in need and protecting them from danger. However, even he understood that this quiet happiness was crumbling as their world descended into an era of evil and cruelty. "Nothing lasts forever. Especially not a cookie's heart," he said. His final wish for the elder was for him to seal all the fallen beasts, including himself, allowing him to use his Soul Gem if his power failed. Together with Quiet Salt Cookie, the Elder Fairy created a spell that created the Silver Tree, which would summon new virtues in the future. One of Quiet Salt Cookie's loading screen quotes reads, "According to legend, Quiet Salt Cookie's faithful warhorse, Nox Blacksalt, remained by his side until the very end." Another quote reads, "Only silence greeted Quiet Salt Cookie upon his return." Quiet Salt Cookie's horse is named Nox Blacksalt (Korean: 녹스블랙솔트). Nox means night in Latin.
