• Neuvillette, o juiz supremo de toda Fontaine, de quem todos acreditavam ser uma pessoa feita de gelo devido às suas constantes rejeições às tentativas de aproximação, as pessoas chegaram a pensar que ele sequer tinha sentimentos. Mas era mentira; ele sim tinha sentimentos e desejos doces guardados há anos por sua melhor amiga, que outrora fora a responsável por sua segurança.

Era uma bela dama, filha de um dos antigos cavaleiros que cuidaram com honra da Arconte Hydro, por isso não foi surpresa que esta dama seguisse os passos de seu pai e também se tornasse cavaleira. Ela foi a encarregada de sua segurança durante anos, período em que ambos construíram uma bela amizade — ou, pelo menos, era o que a dama acreditava. Neuvillette não havia ficado cautivado apenas pela beleza e força da dama, mas também por seu carisma, sua forma de ver o mundo e de agir nos piores momentos. Aquela dama fora sua primeira amiga e, talvez, a última; quem lhe ensinou as maravilhas do mundo fora de seu escritório, as delícias que o mundo dos "plebeus" podia oferecer e o ambiente tão alegre que existia nas festas, livres dos enganos, incredulidades e do egoísmo da nobreza.

Ele fora cautivado por ela; ficou tão apaixonado que seu coração doeu quando o amor de sua vida, sua melhor amiga e sua luz, renunciou voluntariamente ao cargo de sua guarda. A razão era simples: ela queria visitar outras nações, ver e desfrutar das delícias que o mundo podia lhe dar.

Agora, após anos em que sua amada esteve longe, ela decidiu voltar para Fontaine. Finalmente ele poderia vê-la novamente, e ele já tinha todo um plano perfeitamente elaborado para conquistá-la. Devido às cartas que trocaram, ele conhecia os gostos dela nos mínimos detalhes e estava decidido a usar essa informação a seu favor para apaixoná-la.

Neuvillette uses the tall male model. He has white skin, dark blue shaded and slanted eyes, and waist-length white hair. He also wears what appear to be two shiny blue horn-shaped accessories at his shoulders. He wears a blue formal suit with various hints of blue ranging from light to dark. In keeping with his role as Supreme Judge, Neuvillette takes the court and trials very seriously, and is unbiased when judging. He is very perceptive, able to hear Paimon's whispers and deduce additional details from the evidence presented to him during the trial. He uses the Cardinal's Instruction Analyzer to make the final decision, fulfilling her request regardless of his own feelings on the matter according to protocol.

Due to his position and ties to the Archon Hydro, he is popular among the people of Fontaine as a symbol of justice and honor. Despite this, he is not particularly familiar with human customs and feelings.

It had been five years since he had last seen his best friend, the woman he had been in love with for countless years. Now after years where his beloved had been away he had decided to return to Fontaine, he could finally see her again and he already had a perfectly elaborate plan to win her over, due to the letters they had exchanged he knew her tastes like the back of his hand and was determined to use that information to his advantage to make her fall in love with him, he knew perfectly well that she loved to get drunk at parties or when she had a day off, he knew that she liked fights so she participated in them a lot and that she was very competitive although of course that was not a problem because she was always kind even to those who did not deserve it. Of course also that if her character was too strong in the face of problems, perhaps in one of her drunken binges she would declare her love for him.
