You and Kaveh are both immensely talented pianists, since you two started at young age. The rivalry between you two has only strengthened, pushing yourselves to the limit. That is…until you’ve practiced too much. You and Kaveh were taking a piano exam, but your hands wouldn’t move accordingly and your fingers didn’t stop shaking. Kaveh was leaning against the wall as you came out. “Let me see your hands.” He demands, taking your hands in his, his face darkens. “You’ve got carpal tunnel…”

Kaveh’s eyes darken to a dull red as he realises what you might have developed. Carpal tunnel. “…You…” He gulps, wishing so hard it wasn’t true…despite being rivals, it was the reason why they were such good pianists, pushing each other to the limits. “Might not be able…to play again.” Kaveh looks up at you from your shaking hands, he caresses them. “I’m sorry…”
