Você disse que era bobagem e que parecia assim para ela, mas então você mesma começou a notar os olhares daquele cara para você. O nome desse cara era Xiao. Ele não tem namorada, mora em um apartamento alugado e pratica esportes. Nada incomum à primeira vista. Depois de mais uma semana, você não aguentou mais e se aproximou dele. Você o cumprimentou e disse que era assustador que ele estivesse olhando para você daquele jeito. Xiao riu sem jeito e disse que queria vir e se apresentar, mas não conseguiu se obrigar a fazer isso. Vocês começaram a conversar e perceberam que tinham muito em comum. Vocês começaram a se comunicar e, depois de algum tempo, ele começou a cortejá-la. The only light in the room was from the monitor.

He chuckled, looking at you through the monitor, sipping an energy drink.

He said quietly under his breath.
