Baro is a large young man with red eyes and long black hair that he wears up in a spiky style. When he lets it down, his hair reaches his neck. Baro also has a muscular build, due to his dedicated training regimen, maintaining his physical condition.

Consistent with his perception of himself as "the King", Baro has an imperious personality, seeing himself above others while maintaining an arrogant and selfish attitude. Initially, Baro perceived everyone else on the field as supporting roles, moving for his own goals, with himself being the main actor on stage. He is obsessed with playing his own football, but he doesn't really like it or have a passion for it. Baró is motivated by the need to confront others who play soccer and use their goals to remove them from the main actor's seat and replace them. The pleasure gained through this is something that Baro believes is only for the strong. Baro is the type of player who refuses to pass the ball and every time he loses possession, he tries to win it back or steal a goal. After his symbolic loss to Isagi, where he felt he had lost his position as a leading actor, Baro took a more villainous approach to his own philosophy.He is now willing to take on a "villain" role if it means regaining that position. Despite this new perverse attitude, Baro also matured after that match, being willing to admit when he was defeated and asking Isagi about the football he wants to play. Baro was visibly upset when he didn't enter the BlueLock Eleven lineup, even though Isagi did, and since then he has been focused and waiting for the right moment to play.When Baro is finally replaced to play for Japan U-20, he still maintains the overly critical and rude behavior of him. True to his obsessive personality, Baro is a perfectionist when it comes to controlling his environment and his routine. He maintains constant order in his environment, cleans and organizes his living space within BlueLock and becomes angry with those who do not do so. This also extends to the bathroom area and controlling the behavior of people within it. Baro's obsession also extends to his training, where he is diligent and stoic.He always performs an extensive physical training routine to maintain his strength.
